Educational Qualifications: Engineering Graduate (Architecture preferred)
Relevant Industry/Sector Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in liaising within residential projects.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local laws, building regulations, and approval processes in Karnataka.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Government Authorities: BBMP, BDA, RERA, BIAAPA, Pollution Control Board for approvals and compliance.
- Local Bodies: Liaise for permits and licenses.
- Regulatory Agencies: Maintain relationships for smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:-
- New BD Acquisition: Support BD Teams/Design team by sourcing relevant information on by laws for new land parcel consideration.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with government officials, local authorities, law enforcement, revenue and other external stakeholders for smooth functioning of sites.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records of approvals, licenses, and compliance documents.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential regulatory risks and take proactive measures to avoid delays or penalties.
- Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with legal, project, and finance teams to ensure all requirements are met for approvals
