Senior Human Resources Recruiter:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. This role offers
valuable hands-on experience across various HR and recruitment functions, providing a strong
platform for individuals looking to grow their career in Human Resources. As a full-time team
member, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our hiring strategies, talent
pipeline, and overall organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles across various departments.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, networking,
employee referrals, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for culture and skill fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback cycles.
Own and optimize the entire recruitment pipeline for better efficiency and quality of hires.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with department heads and leadership teams to understand hiring needs.
Provide market insights, candidate feedback, and hiring recommendations.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal stakeholders.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Excellence
Support employer branding initiatives, career events, and social media hiring campaigns.
Improve candidate experience by maintaining transparent and timely communication.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and metrics for leadership review.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps and recommend improvements in the recruitment process.
Leverage HR tools and ATS platforms to streamline hiring workflows.
Ensure alignment with company culture, values, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
56 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT domains.
Strong expertise in hiring for tech roles and non-tech roles .
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
