Responsibilities

• Source quality candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri & beyond
• Build pipelines for tech & non-tech roles across India
• Work closely with our TA team to understand real-time requirements
• Engage, screen, and pass on qualified talent to the hiring funnel

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sourcing experience (agency/startup experience is a plus!)
• Strong hands-on skills with sourcing tools & platforms
• Passion for people, speed, and smart searching
