Role - Recruitment Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition for technology roles across multiple levels. This role will focus on building strong talent pipelines, delivering high-quality candidates, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure efficient hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Delivery:
- Execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with client and business requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across entry-level to senior technology roles.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
- Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social platforms, and networking.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques to attract high-quality and niche talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and client stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on hiring progress.
- Support escalation handling and ensure timely resolution of hiring challenges.
Talent Intelligence & Reporting:
- Conduct candidate mapping and talent market research to support hiring strategies.
- Provide talent insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics (KPIs) and pipeline progress on a periodic basis.
Process & System Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or client platforms.
- Maintain data integrity across job postings, candidate records, and hiring workflows.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.
Team Support & Coordination:
- Assist Recruitment Managers in guiding sourcing specialists and coordinators.
- Support interview coordination and hiring logistics to ensure a seamless process.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent and high-quality hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in technology talent acquisition with exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple levels.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, stakeholder management, and hiring delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in candidate mapping and talent market research.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on metrics and reporting.
- Basic team mentoring or coordination experience.
