Role - Senior Recruitment Specialist - Talent Acquisition
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruitment Specialist to drive talent acquisition across technology roles spanning entry to senior levels. This role will partner closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while providing data-driven insights on talent availability and market trends. The ideal candidate combines strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide junior team members in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Delivery & Strategy Execution:
- Execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with client requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across levels, maintaining a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Support workforce planning through proactive pipeline building and demand forecasting.
Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement:
- Act as a key point of contact for client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
- Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and support escalation resolution.
- Advise stakeholders on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market dynamics.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Engagement:
- Source, identify, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social platforms, and networking.
- Drive advanced sourcing techniques for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
- Mentor and guide sourcing specialists on effective sourcing strategies and candidate engagement approaches.
Talent Intelligence & Reporting:
- Conduct candidate mapping and develop talent landscape insights to support hiring decisions.
- Track and manage recruitment metrics (KPIs), providing periodic reports and actionable insights.
- Leverage data to improve sourcing effectiveness and overall hiring outcomes.
Process & System Management:
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or client platforms.
- Maintain data integrity across job postings, candidate pipelines, and hiring workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
Team Support & Coordination:
- Support Recruitment Managers in guiding sourcing specialists and coordinators.
- Assist in driving team performance and ensuring delivery against SLAs.
- Facilitate smooth interview coordination and hiring processes, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in technology talent acquisition with exposure to end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring across multiple levels, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery models and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mentoring or guiding junior recruiters or sourcing teams.
