Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse and high-quality talent pool.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience through regular communication and professional interactions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and use data-driven insights to optimize hiring effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure smooth handling of employee queries and concerns.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and maintain accurate MIS for internal analysis and audit purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
