Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Experience: 4+ years

Location: Greater Noida

We at Coforge are hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist with the following skillset:

Requirements:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability for functional roles.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Human Resources
  • Experience: 610 years in functional/non-tech hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Operations).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Exposure to market mapping and proactive sourcing for niche functional roles.
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
