Requirements:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for leadership review.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability for functional roles.
Requirements
- Education: MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 610 years in functional/non-tech hiring (Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Operations).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Exposure to market mapping and proactive sourcing for niche functional roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
