Senior Recruitment Consultant (Multiple Positions) - Full Time - Hyderabad (WFO)

We are hiring for Medior and Senior Recruitment Consultant positions having experience in to UK/EU staffing. Candidates with 1 years to 5 years of experience (in UK/EU Staffing) and strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in the EU/UK region is a must.

Job description: (High Level)

• Recruiting candidates for UK & European clients from their respective regions
• Clients requirement analysis
• Shortlisting CVs from UK / EU portal / Social Media, etc.
• Telephonic screening of the candidate and negotiating the Salary / Rate
• Getting the required details from the candidate for submission
• Scheduling interviews
• Follow-up for Interviews schedules, feedback, and Onboarding process.
