Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, R&D, leadership, and volume hiring mandates, especially for mid-to-senior level roles.
- Extensive experience in headhunting, market mapping, and consultative hiring approaches.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and close candidates using various sourcing methods like portals, social media, and passive talent engagement.
- Strong understanding and experience of working in consulting or search firms, handling large volumes of hiring across sectors.
- Maintain a consistent and data-driven recruitment process including weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and hiring metrics.
- Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews, reference checks, and ensure post-offer engagement for better joining conversions.
- Collaborate closely with business teams and hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with Taggd processes, ethics, and client guidelines during every step of the hiring cycle.
Job Requirements:
Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, R&D hiring, leadership hiring, and bulk/volume hiring
Prior experience in consulting/recruitment agency background is mandatory
Proven ability to independently manage diverse roles across functions and industries
