About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detailoriented MidLevel Recruiter with strong experience in both technology and nontechnology hiring. The ideal candidate will manage end-toend recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

EndtoEnd Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Conduct competencybased interviews and evaluate candidates for both technical and behavioural fit.

Tech Hiring Responsibilities

  • Source and evaluate candidates for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, IT Support, Data Analysts, consultants etc.
  • Assess technical skill sets using tools, screening questions, and technical assessments.
  • Coordinate with technical interview panels for smooth interview scheduling and feedback cycles.

NonTech Hiring Responsibilities

  • Recruit for roles across Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.
  • Tailor sourcing strategies based on role type, seniority, and industry benchmarks.

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networks, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Engage passive candidates through proactive outreach.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership to define hiring needs and timelines.
  • Provide regular hiring status updates and market intelligence.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless and professional interview experience.
  • Ownership of communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of hands on recruitment experience in India (tech + nontech).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools.
  • Vendor and partner management
  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and managing 1020 open roles simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of tech roles, stacks, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS systems

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA HR preferred).
