About the Role
Schbang is looking for a Recruitment Specialist Creative Hiring who understands the pulse of the advertising and digital ecosystem. We are seeking someone with strong exposure to creative hiring within advertising agencies and a solid understanding of digital campaigns, copy, and design solutions.
This role requires someone who can identify, attract, and engage high-quality creative talent across levels from interns to leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and design roles.
- Hire for profiles such as Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Directors, Visual Designers, UI/UX Designers, Creative Strategists, and Creative Leads.
- Source talent with hands-on exposure to digital ad campaigns and integrated marketing projects.
- Evaluate creative portfolios with an understanding of copy, design solutions, branding, and digital storytelling.
- Build and maintain strong networks within the advertising and creative community.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, portfolio platforms, referrals, and industry networking.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand campaign needs and creative expectations.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
- 24 years of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in:
- Advertising Agencies
- OR
- Recruitment Agencies specializing in advertising / creative hiring.
- Proven track record of hiring creative and design professionals.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising campaigns, copywriting, branding, and design execution.
- Excellent networking skills within the creative ecosystem (copywriters, designers, art directors, etc.).
- Ability to assess creative quality beyond resumes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
