Job Description

Role Overview

  • Lead priority hiring for niche Semiconductor and VLSI positions with aggressive closure timelines.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized technical roles within semiconductor domains.
  • Work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to offer closure and joining.
  • Handle multiple niche positions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality hiring.
  • Track and improve interview-to-offer ratios and overall hiring efficiency.

Semiconductor and VLSI Hiring Expertise

  • Hire for core VLSI and semiconductor roles including RTL, DFT, Physical Design, STA, Verification, and Validation.
  • Support hiring for Embedded, Firmware, Analog, and AMS profiles.
  • Evaluate candidates with exposure to EDA tools, UVM, ATPG, and related technologies.

Sourcing and Talent Mapping

  • Execute proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, technical forums, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of semiconductor talent for immediate and future needs.
  • Perform initial screening to assess technical fit, experience relevance, and role suitability.

Stakeholder and Delivery Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring priorities.
  • Deliver against defined SLAs, including turnaround time, quality benchmarks, and closure commitments.
  • Provide daily status updates covering sourcing progress, screening outcomes, and interview scheduling.

Interview Coordination and Closure

  • Schedule and coordinate first-round and face-to-face interviews within tight timelines.
  • Collect and track interview feedback and drive next steps toward offer rollout.
  • Escalate risks, delays, or blockers promptly to ensure priority closure.
