Senior Recruiter Oracle ERP, HCM & SCM (India)

We are seeking a highly experienced and well-networked Senior Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the end-to-end recruitment of professionals in Oracle ERP, HCM, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Logistics in India.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned talent acquisition expert with a proven track record of successfully identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent within the Oracle ecosystem. This role requires a strategic recruitment partner with a strong professional network across India and deep market knowledge in Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

Own and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and Logistics roles from job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation to onboarding.

Strategic Sourcing & Networking:

Proactively source and engage passive candidates in the Oracle ecosystem across India using personal networks, sourcing platforms, referrals, and market intelligence.

Subject Matter Expertise:

Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle recruitment, with strong understanding of ERP, SCM, and Logistics modules including:

Oracle Financials

Manufacturing

Order Management

Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Transportation Management System (TMS)

Procurement

Hiring Manager Collaboration:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, create job descriptions, and manage interview processes.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Market Intelligence:

Provide insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor hiring trends, and market conditions in India.

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of recruitment experience, with minimum 4 years in IT/Technology recruitment in India

Proven full-cycle recruitment experience

Strong expertise in recruiting for:

Oracle Functional Consultants

Business Analysts

Project Managers

Solution Architects

Established professional network of Oracle ERP, SCM, and Logistics professionals in India

Deep knowledge of:

Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/SCM/HCM)

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

Strong understanding of Indian recruitment practices and employment laws

Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment with confidentiality
