- Daily sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Aggressive screening to eliminate weak candidates early
- Running make-or-break prescreen calls with authority and control
- Partnering directly with leadership on role calibration and hiring decisions
- Maintaining clean pipelines and real-time hiring visibility
- Driving offer closures and candidate commitment
- Raising overall recruiter quality through example, not theory
Requirements

- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven success in high-volume hiring environments
- Direct experience recruiting technical roles
- Experience hiring for fast-moving, high-pressure organizations
- Strong English communication and executive presence
- Ability to push back, challenge hiring managers, and protect hiring quality
- Comfortable working US time zones when required
