Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Recruiter. The Senior Recruiter will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for design-related positions across various industries. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and candidates, developing creative recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the role will involve leveraging data-driven decisions to refine recruitment efforts and contribute to building a robust talent acquisition framework that aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to design and implement creative recruitment strategies and workflows
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and using recruitment tools and software
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of the creative/design industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on creative or niche industries, is a plus
