Role OverviewAs a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full hiring process for high-demand roles across our clients diverse companies, with a major focus on technical and engineering talent. Your goal is simple: quickly place top-quality talent with our clients. This job demands a services mindset: you must be fast, highly organized, and proactive in reaching out to people.
What You'll DoClient Talent Acquisition- Full-Cycle Hiring: Handle the complete hiring process for client roles, from understanding the job to sourcing candidates, negotiating offers, and closing the hire.
- Proactive Outreach: Be an extrovert who loves reaching out (cold calling/messaging) to pitch the client's opportunity to passive candidates.
- Client Partnering: Serve as the main talent partner to client hiring managers and internal teams, ensuring everyone agrees on the perfect candidate fit.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a fast, clear, and positive experience, reflecting well on both Flexiple and our clients.
Process & Data Ownership- Data-Driven Process: Use key metrics to make the hiring process faster and more effective. Report clearly on pipeline progress and conversion rates across different client projects.
- Talent Mapping: Strategically identify and build a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future or hard-to-fill client roles.
- Offer Negotiation: Expertly manage compensation talks and offers to secure talent, balancing candidate needs with client budgets
Who are youEducation & Background- Education: B.Tech is strongly preferred because of the need to understand technical hiring.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Industry Focus: Must have experience at a services company (like Staffing, IT Services, Consulting), showing you can handle a high-volume, dynamic client environment.
Core Skills- Fearless Outreach & Sourcing: Proven ability to proactively find and cold-call top-tier passive candidates. You must genuinely enjoy talking to people and handling initial, sometimes tricky, conversations.
- Process-Driven Execution: Highly focused on creating and improving structured recruitment processes. You use data to make things faster and better.
- Grit and Ownership: Possesses the resilience and tenacity required for a fast, ops-heavy job. You thrive when tackling tough roles and owning the entire client recruitment cycle.
- Negotiation & Closing: Great at managing offers and closing candidates.
