This on-site role supports high-volume salon operations that combine upscale service delivery with retail merchandising and appointment-driven scheduling across multiple location formats.
Primary Title: Senior Salon Receptionist
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage front-desk flowgreet walk-ins, confirm appointments, and control lobby experience to maximise satisfaction and punctuality.
- Operate appointment systems and maintain daily schedulesbook, reschedule, and confirm appointments while minimising gaps and no-shows.
- Handle payments and POS transactionsprocess card and cash payments, issue receipts, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Coordinate with stylists and service teamscommunicate client arrivals, special requests, and timing updates to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage phone and digital enquiriesanswer multi-line calls, respond to emails and chat inquiries, and escalate client issues to supervisors when needed.
- Support retail and inventory tasksmaintain product displays, advise clients on retail items, and assist with basic stock tracking and reorder alerts.

Additional Qualifications
