Salary: 25,000 35,000 + High Closing Incentives (earnings can easily cross 1LKH+ if you actually close deals)

WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY BE DOING
  • Minimum 5+ years of hardcore real estate sales not support, not assistant roles.
  • Proven track record of turning cold/warm calling leads into site visits consistently.
  • Ability to handle objections without losing the lead confidence, speed, and logic.
  • Strong command over Nashik / Igatpuri / Trimbakeshwar real estate micro-market.
  • Field sales mindset:
  • If needed, you sit with the client on-site and close the deal right there, not follow up later.
WHAT THE ROLE DEMANDS
  • Daily lead calling + qualification + appointment setting
  • Site visit handling and real-time closing
  • Understanding luxury plotted development & farm projects
  • High discipline, zero excuses, predictable performance
  • Ability to build trust quickly and move clients toward a decision
