Job Description

Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Knowledge of modern build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using ReactJS.
Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to front-end architecture decisions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
One or two industry domain knowledge
