Job Description

About Us

We're building deeply intelligent UAVs for defense forces - designed to out-think, outmaneuver, and dominate even in contested environments. Our mission is to give the armed forces an undeniable edge and help safeguard peace across borders. We move fast, challenge limits, and obsess over building technology that redefines what's possible. If you are driven to build something truly transformational then this is it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RF System Architecture: Lead end-to-end design of RF subsystems for GNSS-denied UAV/CUAS platforms (C2 links, telemetry, video, EW resilience).
  • RF Circuit Design: Design and optimize transmitters, receivers, LNAs, PAs, filters, and matching networks for robust field performance.
  • Antenna Systems: Own antenna design, selection, and integration (multi-band, MIMO, directional, anti-jam).
  • Resilient Communications: Develop and validate secure, low-latency, interference-resistant links across Wi-Fi, LoRa, SDR-based systems, and custom RF stacks.
  • EMI/EMC & Interference Mitigation: Drive coexistence strategies, shielding, filtering, and anti-jamming techniques in contested environments.
  • Testing & Validation: Define and execute RF test plans using VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and field trials.
  • Cross-functional Integration: Work closely with embedded, avionics, and payload teams for system-level integration and optimization.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulatory and defense-grade standards; maintain design and test documentation.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of core industry experience in RF design for wireless/defense/aerospace systems.
  • Strong expertise in RF fundamentals: impedance matching, filters, modulation, link budgets.
  • Proficiency with HFSS / CST / ADS / MATLAB (or equivalent RF simulation tools).
  • Hands-on experience with RF lab instrumentation (VNA, spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope).
  • Deep understanding of antenna design and RF propagation in dynamic environments (UAV/airborne).
  • Experience with SDR, EW concepts, or anti-jamming techniques is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to GNSS systems, denied-environment navigation, or radar/RF sensing is a strong plus.
