We're looking for a Senior Design Engineer who can own products end-to-end ,from concept to field deployment
What You'll Do- Lead design and development of farm machinery (www.he
- Take products from idea prototype field validation production
- Manage and mentor a small engineering team
- Work closely with fabrication, vendors, and on-field testing
- Drive cost-effective, rugged designs suited for Indian conditions
- Continuously improve existing machines based on field feedback
What Actually Matters- Proven experience in developing physical products (not just CAD work)
- Experience leading small engineering teams (25 people)
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical design, power transmission, and fabrication
- Ability to make decisions with imperfect data and move fast
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, resource-constrained environment
Good to Have - Experience in agri machinery / food processing equipment
- Exposure to Machine development, Transmission drives systems, Sheetmetal & Plastics
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and vendor management
