Role Description
This full-time, on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor role is located in Manesar. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. Key responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing costs, cost planning, and preparing cost reports, while ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and quality execution.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
- Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Relevant professional certifications, such as RICS or equivalent, are a plus
