Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Planning & Billing Department for highway, bridge, and road construction projects. The role involves managing quantities, cost control, and billing to ensure timely and accurate financial execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, verify, and manage BOQs, estimates, and quantity take-offs for highway and bridge works
Handle client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, and final bills
Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations; control cost overruns
Coordinate with planning, execution, and accounts teams for progress tracking
Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and MIS
Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and measurement standards
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
812 years of relevant experience in highways, roads, and bridge projects
Strong knowledge of billing, contracts, and quantity surveying practices
