Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

The Role

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyorto lead our MEP Department. In this pivotal role, you will not only manage high-value MEP packages but alsolead and mentor a team of 7-10 quantity surveyors.

You will be responsible for monitoring team performance to ensure high-quality output within stipulated deadlines. Manage end-to-end client coordination, including the prompt resolution of queries and ensuring all project-related doubts are clarified on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:Supervise, mentor, and manage the daily workflow of a team of 7-10 quantity surveyors. Conduct performance reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure team adherence to company standards.Ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Reporting:Day to day reporting to Senior Management.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of technical queries.

Requirements

• Experience:5+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field within the MEP sector.
• Education:Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or a related field.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a mid-sized team (7-10 people).
• Technical Skills:Good knowledge of MEP Packages, standard methods of measurement (NRM/SMM7/IS 1200/POMI).
• Software:Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, CostX etc.
