Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, based in Kochi. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project cost planning, overseeing cost control activities, and producing detailed cost reports to ensure budget alignment. The role also involves close collaboration with project teams to maintain financial accuracy and efficiency throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant industry experience, preferably in construction or architectural project management
