Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team full time on-site in New Delhi. Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing project costs, preparing cost plans, monitoring cost reporting and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. The position will also involve working closely with project teams to ensure budgetary adherence, supporting procurement processes, and providing accurate financial advice to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to maintain budgetary discipline.
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and related documentation.
• Strong expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting to ensure accurate financial forecasting and monitoring.
• Proven ability to maintain stakeholder communication to provide cost-related advice and updates.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with preference for experience in large-scale projects or construction consultancy.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and digital systems for quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
