Senior Quality Engineer_ precision engg components

The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance and control in precision machining operations. The role focuses on compliance with strict quality standards, inspection of critical components, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor precision machining processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect critical components using tools such as CMM, VMM, Height Gauge, Micrometer, and Vernier Caliper.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable quality certifications.
• Apply GD&T principles in inspection and process verification.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare reports for management review.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within precision machining or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with CMM, VMM, Height Gauge, Micrometer, Vernier Caliper, and other inspection tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
