Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior QA Tester to ensure the highest quality standards across our digital products, platforms, and campaigns. You will work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA / Zoho / ClickUp
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression, functional, performance, and usability testing
- Ensure product quality across campaign launches, websites, and apps
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews
- Mentor junior QA testers and establish QA best practices
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative and media teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Hands-on experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Familiarity with tools like:
- Selenium / Cypress (preferred)
- JIRA / Bugzilla / Zoho
- Experience in testing:
- Websites (responsive & cross-browser)
- Mobile applications (Android & iOS)
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital agency or fast-paced startup environment
- Exposure to marketing tech platforms (CMS, CRM, ad tech)
- Basic understanding of JavaScript / HTML / CSS
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Lighthouse)
