Senior Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

I'm reaching out regarding a Asst. Manager Quality Assurance role with a premium Real Estate Developer. We're looking for candidates with strong experience in premium high-rise residential projects, preferably from developers known for luxury developments, particularly in South Mumbai or similar high-value micro-markets.

Key Requirement Summary:

• Experience: 9–14 years
• Strong exposure to QA/QC in high-rise construction
• Expertise in concrete mix design, formwork systems (PT & aluminium formwork)
• Experience in RCC and finishing works
• Capability in technical audits, material testing, and quality compliance
• Ability to interpret drawings related to shuttering, staging, and specialised formwork
• Familiarity with codal standards and SOP development
• Exposure to premium/luxury residential projects is mandatory
