Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will lead a team of QA engineers, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong experience in online trading systems, payment processing, or related financial technology.
Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience in working in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of security and regulatory compliance standards in financial technologies (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
Desired Skills:
Experience with performance testing and load testing for high-traffic systems.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and testing in DevOps environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
