Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (57 Years Experience)
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts and ensure the quality of ITSM and networking-based solutions. This role requires strong expertise in manual and automation testing, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA processes and mentor team members
- Create and manage test plans, test cases, and strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Execute both manual and automated test scenarios
- Track and resolve defects using standard tools
- Collaborate with development teams for requirement clarity
- Validate networking features and system performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
- Experience with manual testing and QA tools like JIRA
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices
- Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and Linux
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter
