Job Overview

QuickReply.ai is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure product quality across multiple platforms. The role involves creating test plans, executing test cases, tracking defects, and validating system behavior. The candidate will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build scalable product experiences across multiple platforms
• Review product requirements and technical documents to create comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Manually execute test cases, document results, and track defects through the bug lifecycle
• Log clear and reproducible bug reports with detailed steps, screenshots, and videos as needed
• Re-test resolved defects to verify fixes and prevent regressions
• Validate data accuracy and system behavior across different browsers, devices, and environments
• Maintain and update test cases and comprehensive documentation for audits and knowledge sharing
• Strategize and develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry trends
• Assist in other areas of the product lifecycle when needed
