Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of our Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym platform, including environments, agents, and training workflows.

What does day-to-day life look like

• Design and execute test strategies for RL environments and pipelines
• Validate reward logic, state transitions, and environment behavior
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Python-based)
• Ensure reproducibility and data integrity of experiments
• Perform API, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to identify edge cases

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time QA experience
• Strong Python and test automation skills (PyTest or similar)
• Understanding of QA methodologies and debugging
• Basic knowledge of Reinforcement Learning concepts
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and distributed systems
• Experience working on ML / AI-based projects
• Strong experience in test automation and SQL
• Backend QA experience (API, services, data validation)
