Role & Responsibilities
- Senior QA activities for multiple projects; develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes; collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality objectives.
- Design, execute, and maintain automated/manual test cases; perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing.
- Track and resolve bugs; conduct root cause analysis.
- Mentor junior QA engineers; review code and provide feedback on test scripts.
- Enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies; implement best practices; stay updated on QA advancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery; participate in design reviews.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's / Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3- 8 years in software QA, focusing on manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in Functional Testing.
- Strong experience with QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e., Selenium, Katalon Studio, Jmeter, REST Assured, Appium, Cypress, UFT/QTP, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent in Communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Should not have more gaps in Professional career.
