Responsibilities-

  • Architect and maintain robust, scalable automated test frameworks for web (React) and mobile applications (Android, iOS, and future React Native).
  • Strategize and execute the migration of manual test cases to automated suites, identifying high-impact opportunities for efficiency and coverage.
  • Partner closely with mobile/web developers and product managers to integrate quality-first practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Own the implementation of automated test suites to validate functionality, performance, and security-focused usability.
  • Configure and optimize automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (Google Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, etc.) to enable seamless continuous testing.
  • Investigate and report complex software defects, collaborating with developers to perform root-cause analysis and ensure sustainable resolutions.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert, staying ahead of trends in the QA landscape and proposing proactive improvements to our tools and infrastructure.

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of solid experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Strong proficiency in traditional automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Detox.
  • Technical depth in our core stack: REST, GraphQL, FHIR, React, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Expertise in CI/CD integration, specifically incorporating both scripted and codeless tests into the deployment workflow.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality, privacy-compliant healthcare software.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions in a fast-paced agile environment.
