Job Description:
- Senior QA Automation Engineer who can design, architect, and implement our first endtoend automation framework across both UI and API layers. This is a highimpact, consultative, and handson role where you'll shape our automation strategy and elevate the overall QA culture.
- You'll work with modern technologies including Playwright (TypeScript), Angular 17, REST APIs, and Azure DevOpshelping create scalable, maintainable automation solutions from scratch.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in QA Automation with strong experience in Playwright + TypeScript.
- Demonstrated ability to build automation frameworks from scratch (UI + API).
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, and Azure Test Plans.
- Ability to navigate testing in lowdocumentation or evolving environments.
- Strong problemsolving mindset and ability to explain approaches for UI testing, building reliable locators, and handling dynamic elements.
- Handson TypeScript knowledge, including writing and organizing modular code.
- Experience guiding junior engineers / being a technical reference point.
Nice to Have
- Experience testing Angular applications, especially Angular 17.
- Familiarity with modern UI automation patterns in Playwright.
- Exposure to performance testing.
- Experience integrating automation throughout an endtoend DevOps workflow.
- Comfort working in changing or ambiguous environments.
