Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our TCOE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, with a focus on Selenium, API testing, and performance testing. This role requires excellent ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium.

· Perform Automated API testing to ensure the reliability and performance of web Applications.

· Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

· Set up automation frameworks from scratch.

· Integrate automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.

Mandatory Skills:

· Extensive experience with Selenium for web automation using Java/Python.

· Proficient in Automation API testing using tools like Ready API, Postman, Playwright.

· Ability to set up automation frameworks from scratch.

· Experience with CI/CD testing.

· Proficiency with Jenkins.

· Knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies using LoadRunner/JMeter.

· Knowledge of integrating automation code/tools to CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, Python, or Java.

· Strong knowledge of Agile test methodology.

· Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, DevOps, etc.

· Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium, Test Robot Automation.

· Experience with database testing, preferably SQL.

· Knowledge of data migration testing.

· Understanding ETL processes and testing.

· Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)

· GenAI, LLM Model testing experience.

· Test Data creation exposure using code Harbour, synthetic data generator or any other tool.

· Strategize and estimate new automation requirements/projects.

· Preferred domain experience in Insurance & Healthcare.

· Scheduling and Parallel execution Setup.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation testing solutions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to multitask and flexibility with timing.
