Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

About the Role You'll be joining our Automation QA team managing the automation suite for our entire product stack. You will work in a challenging, consumer-facing problem space, where you can make an immediate impact. You will get to work with the latest technologies, learn to use new tools and get the opportunity to have your say in the final product. Towards this, we are looking for multifaceted, multi-skilled automation experts who can help build out and enhance our platform while adopting many of these technologies.

Responsibilities:

● Develop test plans and automated test cases for software applications

● Integrate automated test cases into continuous integration pipeline using Jenkins

● Analyze, troubleshoot and report automation test case failures

● File bug(s) and verify bug fixes.

● Strive to expand the coverage of test automation and increase the automation coverage for various modules of the application

● Co-ordinate with manual QA teams and gather test cases and verification requirements needed for automating test cases

● Ability to create Jenkins pipeline scripts to setup test automation and deployment jobs

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.

● Working in close collaboration with multi-functional teams

● Collaborate with clients and internal staff.

● Function within a team and be a self-directed individual contributor.

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Webdriver or WebdriberIO, (Selenium is good as well), good understanding and experience of using locators in selenium.

● Having both UI and Mobile App testing experience (Android and iOS) and preferably in Appium tool for mobile testing.

● JavaScript, Java

● Cucumber, Mocha or similar BDD test scripts development

● Good in strong dynamic xpath creation

● Oracle and Postgres database

● Good expertise in SQL queries

● RestAssured, Ready API (or) SOAP API, REST/SOAP API

Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master / Bachelor level); Experience 5+ years

● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Additional Experience We Would Love to Have

● Background in design and development of Technology for Government Health and Human Services

● Experience with design and development of SaaS solutions
