Job Title : Senior Quality Analyst
Report To : Vice President, CRM Solutions
Job Purpose
Senior Quality Analyst to write and execute test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. As one of our first QA hires, you must be comfortable in creating and executing Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test cases against User Stories in Azure DevOps and have strong knowledge of testing processes.
The role will focus on optimizing and enhancing existing Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform applications, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Applications to ensure that the QA/ Testing solutions are consistent with long-term business and applications directions.
- Maintain knowledge of current QA/ Testing methodologies and approaches to provide testing solutions.
- Liaise with the development team and key business users in Agile development projects attending scrum review meeting and develop targeted test strategies and test cases.
- Develop test automation scripts and framework to automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual testing.
- Plan, schedule and execute functional, integration and regression tests.
- Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities.
- Manage and track defects, monitor and report resolutions.
- Assist on projects, assignments and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification in a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing for CRM implementations and technical integrations, with a proven track record of interfacing with multiple teams of the organization
- Strong knowledge in developing automated test scripts and setting up best practice tools, frameworks and process is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification(s) in CRM or related areas is an asset.
