About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled, self-driven Senior Quality Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience reviewing, evaluating, and optimising sales agents calls and messages within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor, evaluate, and audit sales agents calls, chats, and messages.
2. Ensure compliance with company processes, service quality standards, and customer experience guidelines.
3. Provide detailed feedback and coaching to sales teams for performance improvement.
4. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and performance dashboards.
5. Identify training needs and collaborate with team leaders and managers.
6. Track process gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
7. Maintain quality checklists, SOPs, and documentation for internal processes.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Post-Sales, TLs, Managers) to enhance overall efficiency.
9. Monitor new joiners and support onboarding quality training.
10. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and reducing error rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
2. Self-driven, proactive, and highly responsible personality.
3. Proven experience in analyzing sales calls and messages.
4. Travel industry background is mandatory.
5. Excellent listening and evaluation skills.
6. Strong understanding of sales processes & customer handling.
7. Ability to identify gaps and provide structured, constructive feedback.
8. Analytical mindset with good report-building and documentation skills.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
11. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities.
