We're looking for a Senior Quality Analyst with strong US healthcare RCM experience to own quality across our billing and revenue workflows. This role is for someone who thinks in end-to end workflows, real-world payer behavior, and production stabilitynot just test cases.
You'll ensure that what we ship works the way healthcare practices actually operate, across edge cases that only exist in RCM.
What you'll do
Own QA for RCM features: eligibility, charge capture, claims, scrubbing, submissions, ERAs, payment posting, adjustments, and AR
Design and execute test plans based on real-world billing scenarios
Validate complex end-to-end workflows across clinical and financial systems
Act as the RCM domain expert for Product and Engineering
Build and maintain realistic test data (payers, plans, CPT/ICD, modifiers, edge cases)
Drive release readiness, regression strategy, and quality standards
Investigate production issues with a root-cause mindset
Contribute to QA automation: identify high-value paths, build and maintain automated suites for core revenue flows
What we're looking for
6+ years in QA, with 34+ years in US healthcare RCM
Strong understanding of the full claims lifecycle, payer edits, and AR workflows
Hands-on knowledge of CPT, modifiers, ERAs/EOBs, adjustments, and write-offs
Experience testing SaaS products and complex workflows
Ability to think in workflows, not just screens
Clear communication with engineers and product teams
Experience with at least one QA automation tool or framework
Ability to balance deep manual testing with smart automation
AccelQ experience is ideal, but not required
Nice to have
Experience with clearinghouses and EDI (837/835)
Exposure to PMS/EHR platforms
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
This role directly impacts revenue integrity and customer trust. You'll be the voice of real-world RCM inside the product and help ensure the system works in production, not just in theory.
