We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in quality assurance and control within the construction industry, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for various stages of construction.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address quality issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and ensure proper documentation of quality assurance processes.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on quality control practices and standards.
• Participate in the development of project quality plans and ensure adherence during project execution.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-15 years of experience in QA/QC in civil engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to civil engineering.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in the construction industry (e.g., ISO, ASTM, IS codes).
• Proficient in using QA/QC software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
