Location- Pune (Hybrid)

Define and drive the overall test automation strategy, aligning with project and organizational quality goals.
Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test frameworks for UI and integration testing.
Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks for UI and integration testing.
Write and maintain test cases using Cypress with TypeScript for front-end validation.
Implement integration testing using Req n Roll and BDD frameworks in C#, with Docker test containers to mimic environments.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and quality objectives are met.
Manage and track testing activities and defects using JIRA.
Collaborate on code versioning and review processes using GitHub.
Lead test planning, estimation, and resource allocation across modules and releases.
Establish and enforce QA standards, testing guidelines, and best practices across the team.
Drive test execution within CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring reliable and faster releases.
Monitor and report test metrics, KPIs, and quality trends to stakeholders.
Lead defect triage, tracking, and timely resolution in collaboration with development teams using JIRA.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, DevOps, and architects to embed quality early (Shift-Left approach).
Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to overall QA strategy and best practices.
Act as the primary QA point of contact for stakeholders, including release sign-offs and quality audits.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across testing processes, tools, and frameworks.2
