Key Responsibilities
- Support functional testing activities during sprints and contribute to in-sprint automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
- Create test cases and scenarios for new functional requirements.
- Perform API testing and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business SMEs in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Mentor and coordinate with offshore SDET teams, working independently with minimal guidance.
- Understand and analyze complex systems, identify potential issues, and design effective test strategies.
- Apply in-depth understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in test automation.What You Bring to the Table:

RequirementsBasic Qualifications
- Proficiency in automation testing using Java, JavaScript, Selenium.
- Experience with frameworks like Page Object Model (POM) or Cucumber.
- Familiarity with AI-integrated automation tools such as Playwright (preferred).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong API testing skills using tools like Postman or similar.
- Background in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, test case management tools, and database integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Programming: Java, JavaScript, Selenium.- API Testing: Postman, Insomnia REST.
- Databases: Oracle, Couchbase, MySQL.
- Tools: Jira, Zephyr, ALM, or similar test case management platforms.
