Position Senior Salesforce QA Engineer

Experience 4 - 8 yrs

Location: Bengaluru - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

- Solid grasp of Salesforce core functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant clouds.

- Familiarity with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data models and administration concepts.

- Ability to perform various testing types, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

- Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium or other Salesforce testing tools with experience in GIT and Jira.

- Excellent communication skills to report defects and collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.

Job Description:

- 4 - 8 year experience in Salesforce testing and creating regression scripts on regular basis.

- Conduct manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.

- Perform API testing to validate integrations and data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

- Use tools like Salesforce Inspector, Workbench or Dev console for daily testing needs.

- Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or similar frameworks.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testability and quality.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to enhance testing processes.

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, SQL, data analysis and QA testing.

- Strong understanding of API testing concepts and tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).

- Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or any QA related certification).
