Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who can lead quality efforts across complex systems, drive process excellence, and leverage emerging AI tools and automation to optimize testing workflows and empower engineering teams to build scalable, reliable products.

What's required of you

●7-10 years of experience in software quality assurance.

●Deep understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and release management.

●Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

●Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment across teams.

●Demonstrated success in improving product quality and team effectiveness.

What we are looking for

●Sprint Leadership & POC: Act as QA POC for large/risky features managing backlog prioritization, cross-team dependencies, and end-to-end readiness.

●Release Readiness & Risk Reporting: Drive production quality and provide clear feature-readiness reporting with active risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.

●Customer Quality Insights: Analyze support trends and recurring customer issues to continuously improve test coverage and prevent repeat bugs.

●Strategy & Best Practices: Define and execute overall QA strategies, automation frameworks, and testing standards across teams.

●Requirements & Risk Assessment: Review product specs early to provide strategic feedback and lead cross-functional risk assessment discussions.

●AI & Innovation: Champion AI-driven testing tools, workflows, and automation to improve team velocity and efficiency.

●Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with engineering and product leaders to optimize delivery workflows and overall engineering standards.

●Mentorship: Coach and mentor QA engineers across teams to elevate technical skills and test design quality.

AI Skills

●Strong understanding of AI-enabled QA practices.

●Ability to evaluate and improve AI-assisted testing approaches.

●Experience driving adoption of modern QA workflows.

●Ability to mentor teams on AI-assisted quality practices.
