Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, test cases, and automated tests for JavaScript applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop testing strategies.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities work as expected after changes or enhancements.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on JavaScript applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Jest.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Puppeteer.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
