About the Role
The Senior Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications and platforms before they are released to end users. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand the technology stack, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with teams to understand how the technology stack aligns with business outcomes.
- Anticipate and recognize bottlenecks in work processes and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with teams to define success metrics for process improvements
- Test and maintain software applications using various development tools
- Research and recommend frameworks and architectural/code design pattern
- Ensure operational excellence through unit testing, SLAs, and programming for resiliency and scalability.
- Contribute to product development by capturing and communicating customer feedback.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Review skill and expertise requirements to meet team goals.
- Identify staffing and talent resources for project roles.
- Mentor individual contributors and managers by offering guidance and recommendations.

Education
Experience
- Minimum Six years of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance
