We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who cares deeply about product quality and enjoys improving testing through automation and AI. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure reliable releases and help evolve our quality practices as our systems grow.
What you'll do
- Take ownership of product quality from development through production.
- Design test strategies and quality checks for new features and releases.
- Build and execute functional, API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Review test coverage across unit, backend, API, and UI layers.
- Use AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, AI testing tools) to improve test design, automation, and debugging.
- Support testing of AI-powered features and agent workflows.
- Contribute to automation frameworks and CI/CD testing practices.
- Monitor system quality in production using logs, metrics, and observability tools.
- Work with engineering teams to identify risks early and improve overall quality practices.
- Mentor team members and promote a strong quality culture.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in software testing with strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing.
- Strong experience with API and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, REST Assured.
- Good understanding of test design, integration testing, and system-level validation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience using AI tools to support testing activities.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices for validating production quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Nice to have
- Experience testing AI or LLM-powered features.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of HR or back-office systems.
