Job Description

Take your career to the next level with the only consulting firm born in AI and delivering with AI.

At Atrium, we're not simply adapting to an AI-driven world — we've helped define it since we were founded. Our clients partner with us because we turn potential into measurable impact, reshaping industries, realizing exponential value, and empowering organizations to thrive in an era of unprecedented technological advancement.

As pioneers in AI-assisted delivery, we're constantly optimizing how we deliver services for greater speed, accuracy, and efficiency. This commitment allows us to repeatedly deliver outcomes that other Salesforce and Snowflake partners merely promise. Care to join us

Who are you

You're a smart collaborator who likes solving complex problems and takes ownership to get things done. You stay up to date with the latest and greatest in business and technology tools, platforms, and languages — and want to ensure your clients do too. You love working across teams and are enthusiastic about doing your part to ensure everyone succeeds.

What will you be doing at Atrium

As a Senior QA Consultant, you will be the gatekeeper of innovation. You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Architects, and Developers to validate predictive insights and ensure our solutions are bulletproof. You aren't just checking boxes; you are advising project teams on how to build for quality from day one.

In this role, you will

  • Devise comprehensive QA strategies for complex Salesforce implementations involving Flows, Apex, and LWC.
  • Ensure the accuracy of AI-driven insights and Analytics dashboards by verifying the underlying Salesforce data layer.
  • Supervise and guide Developers and BAs on best practices to ensure Quality at Source.
  • Perform rigorous testing on integrations between Salesforce and external data systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Proactively identify deviations from Salesforce best practices (e.g., bypassable validation rules, poorly architected automation) and report them to Project Managers.
  • Drive quality within rapid sprint cycles, managing multiple test executions and synthesising complex results into actionable reports.

In this role, you will have

  • 3–5 years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2+ years of hands-on technical experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Must understand the Salesforce metadata model, including Objects, Record Types, Permission Sets, and the difference between Declarative (Flows) and Programmatic (Apex) logic.
  • Strong proficiency in SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) or SQL to perform deep-dive data validation.
  • Expert knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the ability to test within a CI/CD pipeline (experience with Copado, Flosum, or Gearset is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical defects into business impact for stakeholders.

Next Steps

Our recruitment process is highly personalized. Some candidates complete the hiring process in one week, others may take longer as it's important we find the right position for you. It's all about timing and can be a journey as we continue to learn about one another. We want to get to know you and encourage you to be selective - afterall, deciding to join a company is a big decision!

At Atrium, we believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business. We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
